Chip & Betsy have three youth life preserver vests that, for some reason, don’t seem to fit their growing grandchildren anymore. They (the life preservers, not the grandchildren) are up for grabs if you can make use of them. They are in very good condition and are rated for 50 – 90 pounds, 24 – 29 inch chest.
