Victor, Joanna, Nancy, Ben and Elicia (photographer) have been busy mounting the signs on our new information kiosk at the boat launch in the north cove. There are signs from the State of Maine about loon protection and cleaning your boat, a sign about our LakeSmart Gold Award, and a custom-made sign (Thank you, Ben.) reminding visiting boaters of the slow headway speed (no wake) zone.
P.S. Note the very high water level of the pond in the picture. Some preliminary action has been taken to break up a beaver dam on the outlet. More may be needed later.
